In Houston the summer months can be like living in hell, literally! That’s why I love October…October is the month where God turned on the A/C.

It’s also my favorite because it’s the month I was born.

This October I’ve decided to give myself the gift of #FITNESS. For one month I will run/walk ONE HUNDRED MILES! Tracking it all on my #NIKE+ running app.

Now, I know what your thinking – “Girl you crazy” – and truthfully I might be. (Just a little bit) but when you break it down its not that bad, you literally only have to do 3.33 miles a day for 30 days! (so it’s doable, and plus there’s a trail in my neighborhood that’s a perfect 3 mile loop)


I hope you follow along with me as I try and reach my 100 mile goal. I’m sure there will be days that I don’t want to go but my plan is to PUSH myself across the finish line.
