Okay, first things first! Shout out to anyone who is still struggling with fitness but making it work!! YOU are the real MVP!

I know its been a while but I’ll get into where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing when we relaunch THIS SATURDAY! (October 1st) so MARK YOUR CALENDAR!! (seriously its gonna be great!)

I wanted to get this post out today to invite you to get me a gift for my Birthday! Fix your face! lol Before you think “She’s doing the most!” hear me out! I want you to RUN for me!!

I want you to run ONE HUNDRED MILES this OCTOBER it would be the best gift you could give to me and its a gift you will benefit from as well! I’m calling it the #October100, and all you have to do is walk/run/skip/swim/bike ride etc. I don’t care how you do it but move your body at least 100 miles this month.

While your doing it share it with me!! You can do this two ways!

  1. Download the Nike Run Club app (It’s free) and every time you log a run make sure you label it with the hashtag #October100. Your picture and stats will be logged with everyone who uses the hashtag and we can keep track of each other and cheer each other on.
  2. You can also attend my #October100 group on Facebook! Throughout the month you can post updates to your run…pictures from your run… and anything that will motivate everyone to keep on going!!


It was last year when I did my first one hundred mile challenge and it motivated me to get things popping on but then life happened, I got a new job and i fell off.

But I’m back and ill get into better detail on Saturday but here’s a little bit of what you can expect:

Once a week I’ll be posting something related to fitness. Things like healthy recipes, new workouts to try, and of course anything related to the struggle!
